There are no data on the safety and efficacy of Mifepristone in women with chronic medical conditions such as cardiovascular, hypertensive, hepatic, respiratory or renal disease; insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus; severe anaemia or heavy smoking.

Vaginal bleeding occurs in almost all patients during a medical abortion. Normally, it lasts for an average of nine to 16 days. In general, the duration of bleeding and spotting increases with the duration of the pregnancy.
